Dry processing of broken noodle

Broken Noodle is a by-product of noodle production. The dry method is to grind the dry flour by the first screen, then grind it by the mill and process it into the dry flour, and mix it with the prepared flour in a certain proportion. Compared with wet process, dry process has lower labor intensity, higher sanitary degree and more controllable product quality.
