Assembly requirements for stick noodle production line cutters and forming equipment

         In the stick noodle production line equipment, the noodle cutter is an important component of the cutting equipment. If the meshing depth of the wire cutter is not enough, it may cause the phenomenon of drawing. If the tightness of the noodle comb is not enough, impurities will accumulate in the groove of the noodle cutter. It will cause a decrease in the smoothness and flatness of the noodles. The requirements for cutting and shaping are: smooth noodles, no drawing or adhesion, appropriate density, and equal branching.

  The assembly requirements for the face cutter and forming equipment include: 1. Two tool holders are parallel, the axis lines of the two tool axes are parallel, and the teeth of the two tool axes coincide between 0.3~0.5mm; 2. The comb teeth of the face comb should be flat, and the top line of the comb teeth should be flush. The face comb should be inserted into the groove of the face knife. The width of the angle between the back of the comb teeth should be about 18mm.
